What is Invopop
Invopop provides a unified API that simplifies electronic invoicing compliance across the globe. The service streamlines this process by automatically handling format conversions, regulatory compliance, and electronic submission through a single, developer-friendly API.
My role
Since joining Invopop as a freelancer in September 2023, I was responsible for revamping the product UI and preparing it for future scalability.
Additionally, I designed and developed the new marketing website following the product's new aesthetic.
Console
Console is Invopop's control panel. It is the only visual interface where users can interact with their API, view generated invoices, configure serial numbers, or set up workflows that automate communication with each country's government systems.
It has two key users:
Developers. They need to be able to find all the data about invoices generated by the API, as well as identify where errors are and debug them.
Accountants. They need to be able to find documents in an easy and organized way, viewing the data in an understandable format with all the necessary tools readily available to work with them.

Workflows
Workflows are one of Invopop's core features. They automate processes that traditionally require significant manual effort—such as reporting to national financial institutions, generating PDFs, and sending error notifications.
Our challenge was designing an interface that provided both a clear step-by-step workflow visualization and comprehensive parameter configuration for each step.
Website
Building on the platform redesign, we applied the same design language to the public website, transforming a technical API interface into something both modern and approachable while maintaining its sophisticated technological edge.
